Disappointed

I was sold on the idea of "gradually waking". I have read thru the functions of this app, but each morning I get the same thing: there is nothing "gradual" about the alarm; the incorrect alarm is played ( only once - for about 10 seconds - before it shuts off ); no option to snooze. Very disappointed.
